Legal and safety information about the Exercise Snack app and this legal information website. Exercise Snack offers short movement and breathing exercises for adults; these exercises are informed by scientific sources.

Exercise Snack is a lifestyle, fitness and wellbeing app. It is not a medical device, an emergency system or a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Contents¶

• Privacy policy — separate information about local app processing, this website's GitHub Pages hosting and support communications under the GDPR and Swiss FADP.
• Product and usage information — features, one-off purchase, optional permissions, reset limits and reference to Apple's Standard EULA. This page is not a separate end-user licence agreement.
• Health and safety notice — intended purpose, safe use, measurement limits, emergency numbers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and scientific sources.
• Support — help with permissions, heart rate estimates, Apple Watch, data export and the limits of the app reset.
• Legal notice — provider and controller.

Licence¶

The Apple Standard EULA applies to the app licence. The applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions apply to purchases, payments and refunds in the App Store. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
